Director of Software Engineering at Arch Insurance Group. Has 30+ years of experience in software engineering. He is an entrepreneur and one of the founding members of Sovereign Financial Investments LLC (SFI) and currently runs SFI’s business operations. Headley is a longtime, 50+ years MN Resident. He is an Alumni of MPLS North High school and U of MN Institute of Technology.
