Former Director of Software Engineering at Arch Insurance Group. Has 30+ years of experience in software engineering. He is an entrepreneur and one of the founding members of Sovereign Financial Investments LLC (SFI) and currently runs SFI’s business operations. Headley is a longtime, 50+ years MN Resident. He is an Alumni of MPLS North High school and U of MN Institute of Technology.

Board Member

Glen Williamson was recently appointed to the East Central Regional Development Commission (ECRDC) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Board of Directors. The ECRDC RLF provides gap financing to small businesses in Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties.

Mr. Williamson is the owner of Two Creeks Campground. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and brings more than 40 years of small business ownership and management experience. A veteran of the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, he served for seven years, including five and a half years as a recruiter.

Mr. Williamson currently serves as Deputy Treasurer of the Wilma Township Board of Supervisors, Secretary/Treasurer of the Pine County Township Officers Association, a member of the Board of Directors for Tribe Federal Credit Union, and Vice Chair of the East Central Regional Development Commission.

Within the ECRDC, he also serves as Chair of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee, Chair of the Personnel and Budget Committee, and Chair of the Community Economic Development Committee.
